The latest addition to the Thal Packaging product line is a new Woven Propylene (WPP) plant that aims to grow our footprint as market leaders. The state of the art plant located in Hub, Pakistan started its commercial operations in 2022.
The facility runs on the latest European technology with integrated machines sourced from German manufacturers Windmöller & Hölscher. This world-class technology gives us a significant edge in the market and the plant has a current annual production capacity of 90 million bags.
The WPP line caters to various industrial packaging sectors such as Cement, Chemicals, Foods & Grains, Agricultural Products, Industrial Materials and others. Currently, we have the ability to produce A Grade block bottom, stitched, open mouth and ultrasonic sealed bags.
Thal Packaging offers the highest quality of printing with one of a kind high gloss finishes that has superior quality imprints. Our technology and expertise also allows us to tailor make non-standardized products that can be customized and supplied on demand.
This new line of packaging adds to our coverage in terms of product offerings and enables us to offer more solutions to local and international partners.
Our product quality has been tested and certified by Pakistan Standard & Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) and we are now supplying to major corporate clients.
